Hebron planning board tables alley‑vacation request for property at 118 Maple Ave

Mayor Mockus then moved to table the request to village council and Mr. Jacobs seconded the motion to table; Mr. Wolf rescinded his approval motion. The minutes record the board did not approve the vacation at the meeting and the matter was tabled for further research and legal counsel. Chairman Rick Stoner was absent from the vote.
