Twin Bridges council approves change order for 4050 water project; town to shut off water July 14 for system work

The Twin Bridges Town Council voted unanimously July 8 to approve and sign a change order, task order and draw packet related to the 4050 water-development project, Councilor Matt Greemore moved and Councilor Nolan Frandsen seconded.
Council members heard an update from Great West on the water project, including plans for a well house and three documents that require review and signatures. The council noted project completion for the 4050 work was scheduled for July 17. Town staff said 4050 will post flyers and notify residents that the entire town’s water service will be shut off at 10:30 p.m. Monday, July 14, to support the work.
Town staff also reported remaining Neptune water meters are pending; the town is waiting for related paperwork and an invoice. Officials said Great West will submit required forms for well testing, but the minutes do not include testing dates or sample results. The council additionally acknowledged receipt of a DNCR award letter; the minutes did not specify the award amount or conditions.
