Headwater presents small-business support; council OKs Jenson Park lemonade stand and banner replacements

Jay Doel of Headwater presented small-business counseling services and a loan program for local businesses unable to secure bank financing, the Twin Bridges Town Council heard at its July 8 meeting. The council signaled support for collaborative community-association projects to promote downtown activity.

The council approved a floating-flotilla group's request to host a lemonade stand in Jenson Park and to distribute information at the event. Council members also agreed to a banner-replacement project for Main Street; the town will hang new banners using its scissor lift.
