"They're adding 6,160 square feet to their existing building," staff said, and explained that for the property’s MCM (manufacturing commercial mix) zone the parking requirement applied and the applicant’s plan shows 18 parking spaces, including three ADA stalls.
Staff told commissioners that the development review committee, engineering and public-works reviews had been completed and only relatively minor plan corrections remained before final DRC sign-off. No members of the public raised objections during the hearing.
Next steps: the commission may move to approve the amended site plan with the listed corrections to be addressed prior to final approval and permitting.
