Sasha Kramer presented an updated trail map for the Shedd Brook Conservation Area to the Hillsborough Conservation Commission during its Aug. 27 meeting, and commissioners thanked her for the work and suggested next steps.
Commissioners discussed the map’s current iteration and recommended contacting James McDonough, who has previously worked on the town’s trails, for additional suggestions. Members noted that Kramer’s internship has ended; they recommended that Dr. Sawyer take the lead to finalize the map and return with the revised version at a future meeting.
Mel Bennett and Tom Hambleton were present by computer for the presentation; Riché Colcombe also participated. The visitors left the meeting at 7:23 p.m. The commission did not take a formal vote on the map at this meeting; instead it recorded the recommendation that Dr. Sawyer complete the final edits and present them to the commission for review.
