Hillsborough EDC approves minutes, reviews economic survey draft and schedules TIF, Gateway Zone meeting

Chair Rich Pelletier called the Hillsborough Economic Development Commission to order at 8:00 a.m. on Oct. 16, 2024. Attendees included Vice Chair Riché Colcombe, Planning Director Robyn Payson, Town Administrator Laura Buono and other commission members; Sam Ivanov and Chamber representative Keith Cobbett were recorded as excused.
Susanne White moved to approve the Aug. 21, 2024 minutes; Laura Buono seconded. The motion carried, with Chair Rich Pelletier recorded as abstaining. White then moved to approve the Sept. 19, 2024 minutes; Buono seconded and the motion carried, with Superintendent of Schools Jennifer Crawford recorded as abstaining. Guests Mike Tardiff and Matt Monahan (listed in the minutes with the organization CNHRPC) reviewed a draft economic development survey with the commission.
