At the Dec. 5 meeting the Hillsborough Water & Sewer Commission reviewed and authorized routine administrative items listed in the minutes, including 2024 AP Voucher #23 (W=$4,827.52; S=$9,166.83), the Nov. 26 meeting minutes and timecards. The minutes record the items as authorized but do not list a mover/second or a detailed roll-call for that authorization.
At 8:00 p.m. Chairman Peter Mellen moved to enter nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3 II(a) for personnel matters; Commissioner Dave Lewis seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The Commission returned to public session at 8:30 p.m., after which Chairman Mellen moved to seal the nonpublic minutes; that motion was seconded by Commissioner Lewis and approved. The minutes do not disclose the subject matter or participants of the nonpublic personnel discussion, consistent with RSA 91-A protections.
Commissioners also reviewed recent updates to the Park and Whittemore Street project plans; Administrator Penny Griffin will forward digital copies of the updated plan sheet to Commissioners for comment, and Chairman Mellen will continue work to obtain required easements before the next meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m. on a motion by Chairman Mellen seconded by Commissioner Lewis.
