Hillsborough commission holds nonpublic personnel session, seals minutes and approves vouchers

Chairman Peter Mellen moved at 6:55 p.m. on Nov. 26 to enter a nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3 II(a) to discuss personnel matters; Commissioner Dave Lewis seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Present in the nonpublic session were Commissioners Peter Mellen, Dave Lewis and Dana Clow and staff members Cody Boisvert, Paul Dutton, Alex Mellen and Penny Griffin.
At 7:45 p.m. Commissioner Dave Lewis moved to come out of nonpublic session; Commissioner Dana Clow seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Chairman Peter Mellen then moved to seal the minutes of the nonpublic session; Dave Lewis seconded and all voted in favor.
Back in open session, the commission reviewed and authorized 2024 AP Voucher #22, water $23,027.81 and sewer $14,407.19, approved the Oct. 22 and Nov. 14, 2024 meeting minutes and reviewed timecards. Chairman Mellen motioned to adjourn and Commissioner Dave Lewis seconded; all voted in favor and the meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
Administrator Penny Griffin was asked to invite the owner of 51 and 57 School Street (identified in correspondence as Mr. Knight) to the Jan. 9 meeting to discuss his request to install new 6" sewer service lines and 1" water service lines to each duplex rather than using the existing 4" sewer and 3/4" water lines.
