Lake Park holds annexation hearing, gives first reading of zoning and approves Kinetic ABS GA LLC resolution

Separately, the council approved a resolution formally adopting Kinetic ABS GA LLC’s application. Council Member Zach Fletcher moved to approve the resolution; Council Member Busby Courson seconded and the motion carried unanimously, 4-0.
Next steps include final adoption of the annexation ordinance (noted as a contingency for zoning approval) and any subsequent implementation steps required by the planning commission and city code.
