The Jackson Select Board on Jan. 28 filled a Housing Commission vacancy and updated the municipal signer for an LCHIP grant.
The board accepted the resignation of Housing Commission member Nico Dubois and moved to appoint alternate Jake McCambley as a full member. Barbara Campbell made the motion to appoint McCambley; Robert Thompson seconded and the board approved the appointment unanimously.
Separately, the board changed the municipal certificate of authority for the LCHIP (Land and Community Heritage Investment Program) grant so that Town Administrator Julie Hoyt is authorized to enter into contracts or agreements and accept grant funds. Barbara Campbell moved for the change; Robert Thompson seconded and the motion was approved.
Both actions were recorded as routine administrative items and were approved without recorded objection.
