Administrative Assistant Amanda Simino presented complaints to the Select Board alleging a roof over a camper and unresolved septic issues at 1369 Presidential Highway and the construction of a gazebo at 19 Orchard Lane without a building permit. The board directed Amanda to draft letters to the property owners requesting permitting information and noting the septic concerns (the minutes state the septic had not been approved by the state).
The board also reviewed and signed a separate complaint letter for 7 Old Cherry Mountain Road. For requests for reimbursement for vehicle damage on Airport Road, the board directed Amanda to consult the town attorney to craft a response.
