At its Sept. 23 meeting the Jefferson Select Board approved multiple building permits and signed procurement estimates and insurance paperwork.
Selectman Kevin Meehan moved, and Selectman Norman Brown seconded, approval of a 14.2 kW ground-mounted solar array permit for Barry Nelson at 109 Ingerson Road, a 24-by-26-foot shed permit for Rob Marier at 508 Turnpike Road, and a metal building/garage permit for Scott Paine at 66 Ingerson Road; each motion passed unanimously, according to the minutes.
The board reviewed and signed procurement estimates for Carroll Concrete winter sand and Cargill salt, and Chair Terri Larcomb signed the Health Trust 2025 insurance plan. The minutes also record a signed Jefferson Community Center rental application for Crystal Homan with the condition that the wooded trail not be used.
