On funding, staff reviewed the status of dam‑safety grants: LBWID will submit a quarterly update to the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) Dam Safety program, and DCR remains awaiting final approvals from FEMA on a related FEMA Dam Safety Grant. The board scheduled Community Information Session #5 for Feb. 23 at 4:00 p.m. to present the armoring concept and the project funding strategy to residents.
