Board directs plan to restore EC instructional-assistant hours to eight

Chairman Elliott clarified that the board’s vote on the primary motion asks the administration to return with a plan to implement restoration of ECTA hours; the board voted in favor of that motion by voice vote with one member recorded as opposed on the transcript.
