Lunenburg Electoral Board appoints Margie Ridley as election official; reports early voting above 800

Officials distributed an updated list of election-official assignments for Election Day and provided the agenda and materials for a final mass training session for poll workers.
The board moved into a closed session under Virginia law to discuss three items: the potential removal of an election official under the personnel exemption in Va. Code 2.2-3711(A)(1), and two matters involving ongoing legal investigations under the privacy exemption in Va. Code 2.2-3711(A)(7)(c).
