After chair Larry Winkels said Riggs Holding LLC is coordinating with the state for farmland preservation on the remaining 93 acres of a subdivision, planning consultant Lawrence DiVietro reviewed the state's explanatory letter and found it consistent with the proposed subdivision. William Remster moved to recommend the township committee approve the paperwork for farmland preservation; Kiel Winkels seconded and all members voted in favor. Conflict Solicitor Richard Coe later presented resolution #2026-15, a review related to the Riggs Holding approval; Joe Hannagan moved, Todd Boker seconded, and the board approved the resolution by roll call. The board then approved resolution #2026-16 reviewing the Graeff/Scull approval after a motion by William Remster and a second by Todd Boker.
