Scott Grant, chair, called the board to approve several procedural items and the board acted on continuations and minutes.
The board voted unanimously to continue the Cedarcroft Farm LLC subdivision application to the May 4, 2026 meeting after an emailed update from Ammonoosuc Survey indicating a redesign of the turn lane. A separate application for Jason Brown was reported to be on hold for the winter with no changes; the board voted to continue that application to May 4. The AMSCO/Stillings Grant Block G application was continued to May 4 after an update from developer representative Alec Tarberry.
The board approved the March 2, 2026 minutes (motion by Vicki Garland; second by Scott Grant) and the February 17, 2026 minutes as amended (motion by Michael Galante; second by Scott Grant); votes and abstentions were recorded as reflected in the minutes. The board announced an administrative report item about a Megan Scheid wetlands permit application (770 sq ft permanent impact and a 30-inch culvert) and other staffing and training notices. The board set a working session on April 21 if needed and will reconvene publicly on May 4.
The meeting adjourned at 7:11 p.m. after a motion by Joe Heuston and second by Michael Galante.
