The Troy City Council unanimously adopted a resolution to formalize the Lincoln County Fire Mitigation Plan during a brief special meeting on Nov. 3, 2025.
Council Member Shawna Kelsey moved to approve the resolution; Council Member Jesse Haag seconded. According to the meeting record, the plan "was accepted in August, but it needed a resolution." Council members voted "All in favor," and the motion carried.
Mayor TJ Boswell opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. and noted that he, Council Members Jesse Haag, Scott Hoffman, Shawna Kelsey and Jamie Shupe and City Clerk/Treasurer Alysia Pozzi were present. There were no public comments on agenda items or on other business.
After adopting the resolution, Council Member Jamie Shupe moved to adjourn at 6:33 p.m.; Council Member Scott Hoffman seconded. The council again recorded "All in favor," and the meeting was adjourned. The minutes are attested by Mayor TJ Boswell and City Clerk/Treasurer Alysia Pozzi.
