Francestown Select Board accepts $282.97 in unanticipated funds for Fire & Rescue nitrous oxide system

Select Board member Scot Heath moved to approve the manifest; Select Board member Karen Fitzgerald seconded the motion, which passed. The board then approved the minutes of its March 2, 2026 meeting on a motion by Fitzgerald, seconded by Heath; that motion also passed.
The board accepted unanticipated funds under RSA 31:95-b in the amount of $282.97 for the Fire & Rescue Trust Fund, designated for a nitrous oxide system. The motion to accept the funds was made by Select Board member Scot Heath and seconded by Select Board member Karen Fitzgerald; the motion passed. RSA 31:95-b provides authority for municipalities to accept certain unanticipated funds into town accounts.
Members briefly discussed the schedule for the upcoming Town Meeting; no specific dates or formal action on the schedule were recorded in the minutes. With no further business, Chair Pyle moved to adjourn, Select Board member Scot Heath seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
