At a July 1, 2026 regular meeting, the Garfield County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously to authorize Blanket Purchase Orders and set its next meeting for July 6, 2026.
Vice-Chairman Reese Wedel moved “to approve and authorize the Chairman to sign Blanket Purchase Orders, as filed in the County Clerk’s Office,” and the board recorded votes of Aye: Clarence Maly, Reese Wedel and Joe Kegin Jr.; Nay: None. The motion carried.
The meeting record notes the emergency public notice was posted at 8:20 a.m. July 1 at the County Clerk’s office, the Commissioners’ office, the courthouse first-floor bulletin board and the outside bulletin board in Enid, Oklahoma. Present were Clarence Maly, Chairman; Reese Wedel, Vice-Chairman; Joe Kegin Jr., Member; and Lorraine Legere, Garfield County Clerk and Secretary.
Later in the session, Commissioner Joe Kegin Jr. moved that the Board adjourn to meet July 6, 2026; the motion passed with the same unanimous tally. No further business was recorded.
