Commissioner Austin Kimberling moved and Commissioner Judy St. Louis-Scott seconded approval of the price increase; the board approved the adjustment by roll call with Kimberling, Kling, Schroeder and St. Louis-Scott voting YES and Commissioner Mike Patrick absent. The contract and the proposed price change are attached to the meeting minutes.
Chief Deputy Register of Deeds Michelle Peters answered questions about Survey & Remont grant contracts that were then moved for approval by Commissioner John Kling and seconded by Commissioner Austin Kimberling. Roll call recorded unanimous approval among those present; the contracts are attached to the minutes.
The board reviewed and approved regular bills of $67,661.66, manual bills of $272,037.22 and additional bills of $203,784.61. Each set of bills was moved and seconded and approved by roll call with Commissioners Kimberling, Kling, Schroeder and St. Louis-Scott voting YES and Patrick absent, according to the minutes.
