The Paradise Township Sewer Authority met March 2, 2026, and approved several routine actions, including minutes, financial approvals and a developer capacity request.
The board unanimously approved the minutes of the Feb. 2, 2026 meeting. Treasurer Kaitlyn Jones presented the treasurer's report showing an administrative checking balance of $258,762.02, a Truist grant account balance of $243,822.40 and a Truist OLDS account balance of $15,826.14; Bryan Stoltzfus moved and J.B. Stoltzfus seconded approval of the treasurer’s report and payment of January bills, and the motion carried unanimously.
On a separate motion, the board approved a capacity request from the applicant for 3413 Lincoln Highway East for four additional equivalent dwelling units (EDUs) after Rettew reviewed the land development submittal and raised no objection. Bryan Stoltzfus moved and J.B. Stoltzfus seconded the capacity approval; the motion passed unanimously.
The board also voted to authorize the engineering firm Rettew to complete registration of the ferric storage tank (registration noted as expiring June 4, 2026) and to table beginning work on the NPDES permit renewal for 2027 until a later date; that motion was moved by Bryan Stoltzfus and seconded by Kaitlyn Jones and carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:32 P.M. on a unanimous motion by Bryan Stoltzfus, seconded by J.B. Stoltzfus.
