At the end of the August 14 meeting, staff provided a brief update on recent Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) actions and upcoming items. Staff said the ZBA approved a side-yard reduction on Lot 18 of Cardinal Heights and a parking-lot setback reduction for KO Properties (the prior item discussed at a previous meeting). Staff also noted an upcoming ZBA matter scheduled for the September meeting concerning a garage and setback reduction request.
Mike (staff member) clarified where Lot 18 is located relative to Park Avenue and O'Brien Court for commissioners who asked. No substantive action was taken by the Plan Commission on these ZBA items; the segment was provided for informational purposes.
