The Kenowa Hills Board of Education voted unanimously to table recommended revisions to the 2025-26 student handbooks, the High School Curriculum Guide and the Athletic Code of Conduct until a June 9 meeting.
Member Hart moved to table the items and Member Robinson supported the motion; the minutes record that the motion carried 7-0. The board said the postponement would allow time for questions and suggestions to be addressed before final approval.
The items had been listed on the agenda as second readings under the Office of Teaching and Learning and include handbooks for elementary, middle, high school and Pathways High School, as well as the 9-12 curriculum guide and athletic code of conduct.
