Planner reports violation; DPW updates storm cleanup; meeting adjourned

Planner Marilyn Haroldson reported she had sent a violation letter after the Franchar Estates Subdivision Association complained about a property with "all kinds of stuff" on the lot; Haroldson said the letter was returned and she will have the police deliver the notice. Paul Griffin gave the DPW report, saying crews are continuing storm cleanup and that Laskin Park has significant trail washouts; he said staff hope to make repairs by the middle of next week.
Earlier in the meeting the commission also approved the April 15 public hearing and plan commission minutes. Commissioners Griffin and Queoff moved to adjourn and the meeting ended at 5:43 p.m.
