Council Member Lorie Topp moved, and Council Member Travis Goracke seconded, to approve the consent agenda, which the minutes record as: "Motion by Topp, second by Goracke to approve the Consent Agenda as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the March 3, 2025 meeting. 2. Pay bills for City Funds." The motion passed with five ayes and no nays.
