Other community updates included a successful farmers market at town hall, progress on a new highway wash bay to extend equipment life, and a film permit issued for a private estate in Wheeler Hill Historic District with temporary signage to be monitored.
Cabasini thanked the Wappinger Historical Society and Village Mayor Kevin Hubert for hosting the meeting at the Misere Homestead and noted 250th-anniversary events earlier in the week.
