The Commission discussed the sewer-service configuration for 2 and 4 Maple Street. The contractor for 2 Maple rerouted the 4 Maple service around a new foundation and reconnected it to the old Wyman Street service; further investigation showed both properties were tied to a single wye into the main. Paul Dutton indicated there is a capped sewer stub about 13 feet down Wyman Street that 2 Maple Street could use. The Commissioners agreed the property should connect to that capped stub in spring when road excavation is feasible. The Commission noted the question of 4 Maple Street’s service running through 2 Maple Street is a private dispute between the property owners and not within the Commission’s authority.
The Commission reviewed and authorized several administrative items: (a) 2025 AP Voucher #1A (W=$29,035.37; S=$2,996.86); (b) 2026 AP Voucher #1 (W=$7,873.43; S=$22,791.66); (c) timecards; and (d) meeting minutes. The minutes record the Commission’s authorization of those items.
Commissioner Dave Lewis moved to adjourn the meeting; Commissioner Dana Clow seconded. All voted in favor and the meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
