At its Dec. 11 meeting, the Town of Hillsborough Water & Sewer Commission approved a Water and Sewer Change of Use/Occupancy form for 2 West Main Street unit 4 as submitted, authorized listed vouchers and timecards, and adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
Commissioner Peter Mellen declared a conflict of interest and recused himself from discussion and any decision on a request by Cody Boisvert to add a second pipe rack at the Bible Hill Reservoir storage area; Commissioners Dave Lewis and Dana Clow continued the discussion and asked Boisvert to provide an inventory of existing pipe to determine whether a second rack is warranted.
The Commission reviewed and authorized AP Voucher #23 with line items reported as W = $17,660.50 and S = $20,185.47, and approved timecards. Commissioner Dave Lewis moved to adjourn, Commissioner Dana Clow seconded, and all voted in favor. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
Separately, the Commission asked Administrator Penny Griffin to contact Underwood Engineers to add a missing curb cut at 27 Whittemore Street to the spring punch list for completion.
