Fulton County approves 5-year lease and IT services agreement with Elect IT Solutions

Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve the five-year lease for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West in McConnellsburg at $250 per month with no scheduled increases; the motion was recorded as carried "All in favor." Representatives Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions met with the commissioners to present the lease and related service proposals.
The board also approved SOW # ETM12042025-001, a statement of work for IT staffing and support services requested by Elect IT Solutions. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve payment of the CCAP PComp first-installment invoice No. INVO62458 in the amount of $5,575.00. The board additionally approved a $784.22 purchase of a View Station for the Treasurer's Office, submitted by Elect IT Solutions and purchased via Amazon.
The actions formalize a transition of office space and a vendor-managed IT support arrangement; the lease is to take effect when the space becomes available. The motions were recorded as unanimous among the commissioners present.
