The Commission then reviewed and authorized accounts payable vouchers and billing warrants: 2025 AP Voucher #3A (Water $12,968.00; Sewer $409,039.33), 2026 AP Voucher #3 (Water $13,361.38; Sewer $31,559.62), 2026 first‑issue billing warrants (Water H $225,734.57; Water D $2,208.12; Sewer $331,421.61), and a 2026 lien warrant of $225,050.42 (listed as $7,842.09 higher than last year). Timecards were approved.
The meeting closed when Commissioner Dave Lewis moved to adjourn and Commissioner Dana Clow seconded; the minutes record that all voted in favor and the meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m. The minutes do not record roll‑call votes for the authorizations and approvals beyond the adjournment motion.
