Atlantic Beach reports early paid-parking sales; council asks for usage data

The minutes record that 596 property owners and 37 businesses have registered for free re-entry passes. Council consensus directed Premium staff to provide warnings only during the first two weeks to residents using re-entry passes while enforcement ramps up. Councilmember Renea Baker asked staff to provide a breakdown of resident versus visitor use of the paid parking area, and the council asked staff to publish parking information both on social media and in the Ocean Breeze newsletter.
No formal revenue tallies beyond the pass sales were recorded in the minutes and no vote was taken; staff will continue daily reporting through the vendor and provide follow-up data when available.
