Okimoto, who introduced members and coaches, said the team captured its fourth consecutive OIA girls air rifle championship and finished second at the HHSAA state championship before placing third overall out of 45 teams at the national three-position competition in Port Clinton, Ohio. "The Pearl City Chargers captured their 4th consecutive OIA Girls Air Rifle Championship," Okimoto said, and noted an aggregate team score of 4,306 at the national tournament.
