Nunn board renews three marijuana cultivation licenses

The Town of Nunn’s Marijuana Licensing Authority reviewed and approved three marijuana cultivation license renewals at the board’s Feb. 19, 2026 meeting.
Trustee Smith moved to approve the renewal for NOCO Farms LLC, license #403R-01387; the motion was seconded and, per the record, the authority voted “all in favor” and the motion carried. The authority then reviewed and approved SPCY Canna LLC’s renewal (license #403R-01263) on a motion by Trustee Smith and a second; that motion also carried with all in favor. Finally, Ace’s Place LLC’s medical marijuana cultivation license #403-02014 was approved on a motion by Trustee Smith that was seconded by Trustee Kelly; the motion carried with all in favor.
The Marijuana Licensing Authority adjourned at 6:03 p.m., following the three renewals. The renewals were routine motions recorded on the meeting minutes; no objections or requests for further review were noted in the transcript.
