The Fredonia Planning Commission unanimously recommended that the village board approve a donor-recognition sign at Marie Krause Park’s splash pad at its July 7 meeting.
Planning staff described the sign, designed and to be installed by Marshall Signs, as roughly 10 feet tall on two 6-inch posts and matching village branding. "The sign will stand to recognize the significant contributions given to create the recreational feature at Marie Krause Park and appropriately recognizes donors as such," Chair Lenz said.
Administration recommended forwarding the permit to the village board for approval; a committee member moved to recommend approval and the commission voted unanimously to send the recommendation.
