Chair (S1) moved to purchase Trio's building-sketch module, a software add-on that will attach hand-drawn building sketches to property records in the town's Trio system. The board approved the purchase at a total price of $22,881.25. Chair (S1) thanked volunteer Bob Mooney for prior manual scanning work that the module will largely automate.
The board also accepted the resignation of Lincoln Richardson from the Shellfish Committee effective June 30, 2026, and accepted Janet Thompson's resignation from the Conservation Commission; Chair (S1) praised their long service. The board appointed three election clerks — Jean Mout, Richard Barker and Richard (Rich) Laurenson — for terms beginning May 1, 2026, and expiring April 30, 2027. Members noted some paperwork and date clarifications would be completed by staff.
All motions were seconded and approved by voice vote; staff will complete the purchase paperwork and file the clerk appointment documents.
