Council approves material-testing contract, selects Wold Architects for city hall design and signs several routine agreements

Audit services: Staff presented a one-year proposal from Abdo for 2026 audit services (to be presented in 2027) representing an approximately 8% increase over 2025, with an estimated total around $65,000 across typical audit tasks. Council approved continuing with Abdo for the 2026 audit year.
Each of the above votes carried unanimously. Staff will move forward with contract execution, building-permit reviews where applicable, and required follow-up work.
