Authority reviews land development and capacity requests for 57 Paradise Lane, 34 S Vintage Road and 3413 Lincoln Highway East

Rettew Associates reported three land development and capacity items to the Paradise Township Sewer Authority on April 6.
Rettew received Land Development Plans for 57 Paradise Lane on March 30 and responded at the meeting that the plans satisfy Authority requirements, contingent upon the developer providing proof of a sewage planning exemption or an approved sewage planning document to the Authority. Aaron Dewald said he would coordinate further as needed.
Dewald said he will follow up with B&D Builders to check the status of the 34 S Vintage Road project; Rettew previously reviewed and responded to those plans on January 21. Separately, Rettew provided a capacity request approval letter for 3413 Lincoln Highway East on March 31, 2026.
No formal board actions on these land development items were recorded at the April 6 meeting beyond the engineering responses and planned follow-up by Rettew.
