Paradise Sewer Authority approves $34,038 requisition for semi-annual loan payment

At its April 6 meeting, the Paradise Township Sewer Authority approved capital fund requisition WWTP-070 in the amount of $34,038.00 payable to S&T Bank for a semi-annual loan payment.
Treasurer Kaitlyn Jones presented the Treasurer's Report and account balances as of February 28, 2026: administrative checking at S&T Bank $288,272.37; Truist grant account $217,342.56; and Truist OLDS account $15,826.26. Jones moved to approve the Treasurer's report and payment of bills; Bryan Stoltzfus and J.B. Stoltzfus later moved and seconded approval of the report. The motion to approve the capital fund requisition WWTP-070 was made by Kaitlyn Jones and seconded by Bryan Stoltzfus; the motion carried unanimously.
Board members also discussed utilizing funds held in the Fulton Bank Construction Fund to pay principal and/or interest due to S&T Bank. The board did not specify which Construction Fund transfers, if any, would be completed beyond approving requisition WWTP-070 at this meeting.
