Stoddard selectmen approved several administrative items and assigned follow-ups to staff. The meeting record shows the board approved minutes from April 13 and March 30 after revisions; approved staff attendance at a Financial Policies Certificate Program and the Hampshire Women's Leadership Conference; passed a motion to create and implement a formal RSA 91-A Right to Know request form; and authorized Town Administrator Michelle Pong to sign the "Run for the Fallen" permit.
The board agreed to post the Animal Control Officer job opening with a revised job description following the ACO's resignation. It also approved a purchase of a new rubber mat for the Town Hall entrance pending budget confirmation and deferred the employee handbook review to a subsequent meeting.
Selectmen assigned contract and program follow-ups: Michelle Pong will review the Waste Management contract before a meeting on April 29 and investigate the Civic Plus contract for ADA compliance; the board will attend a Dam Bureau meeting on May 7. The board also moved and passed routine non-public session motions and adjourned at 9:00 PM.
