The ordinance requires the adjusted plat to meet all applicable city requirements and places the boundary-adjustment plan on file in the office of the city clerk. City staff described the changes as minor and showed updated drawings during discussion.
With the final passage completed, the ordinance becomes effective as provided in the text and staff will file the boundary-adjustment plan with the clerk’s office. The council did not hold an executive session on the matter at the meeting.
