A public commenter, Elizabeth Williams, again raised concerns about how footprint calculations are performed and urged the commission to apply overlay language that excludes nonhistoric additions from the baseline. The applicant responded that the team remeasured and confirmed their numbers.
Commissioners agreed the staff clarification resolved the issue and voted to approve the staff recommendation with a materials condition. The approval is subject to standard permitting and inspection procedures.
