Kingsford Heights council approves minutes, pays about $173,000 in claims and accepts minor utility rate adjustment

Separately, councilors reviewed a minor decrease in the tracker factor (a fractional cent per kilowatt-hour) and voted to adopt the updated calculation after a motion and second; the council recorded unanimous approval.
