Planning Director Robyn Payson presented a request from Avanru Development for administrative approval of minor design changes to the second building in the workforce housing project at 275 West Main. The proposed changes—expanding the building by 15.5 feet, adjusting the sidewalk length/location, altering the front ramp and landing slightly, and a minor change to the rear deck—were reviewed with Building Inspector Mike Borden, who agreed the changes were sufficiently minor to qualify for administrative approval.
Kim Opperman moved to approve the administrative changes and Andrew Morris seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The Planning Department will file the administrative approval with project records.
Next steps: administrative approval recorded; construction may proceed consistent with the approved minor revisions.
