Council also approved an Economic Development lot transfer agreement with Louis Keim and authorized the Mayor to execute the deed. The motion to approve the transfer was made by Councilmember Travis Goracke and seconded by Lorie Topp; the motion carried with all present members voting aye.
In departmental reports, Utility Department staff member Davison reported that staff ran engines with OPPD on site after a recent power outage that damaged transformers; new fuses have been ordered.
