After discussion, Board member Kaitlyn Jones moved to approve the tapping fee reduction and payment plan as presented by Summer Hills LLC; J.B. Stoltzfus seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. The minutes record no abstentions or dissenting votes.
The action allows the developer to proceed under the agreed payment terms; specific dollar amounts for the tapping-fee reduction and payment schedule were not specified in the minutes. The board did not record any changes to EDU allocations in the meeting minutes.
