The Town of Braselton council on Aug. 11 approved three land-use applications — #24-07-RZ (rezoning), #24-08-VAR (variance) and #24-07-SU (special-use) — after Councilmember James Murphy moved to accept the developer-offered conditions as amended on Aug. 7, 2025, and to add conditions #7 and #12 from the Braselton Planning Commission.
Councilmember Richard Harper seconded the motion and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes record that the approvals were conditioned on the developer-offered modifications and the two additional Planning Commission conditions; the minutes do not specify the full text of those conditions in the motion language.
The council did not record further debate in the minutes and moved on to other business. The meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
