The Town of Braselton council on Aug. 11 approved the site plan, landscape plan and architectural elevations for Miller's Ale House after Councilmember Becky Richardson moved to adopt the Planning Director’s recommended conditions with two amendments.
The amendments removed the presented “To Go” sign on the North Elevation and required that the North Elevation instead include a specified externally lit “blade” sign with the dimensions and language shown in the materials. The council also required that doors or panels enclosing an external waste area on the East Elevation be constructed of metal rather than wood.
Councilmember Tom Logan seconded Richardson’s motion; the motion passed unanimously. The record notes the Planning Director had recommended conditions that were adopted as amended by the council.
The council made no further public-comment statements on the item; the meeting proceeded to other business and adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
