Selectman Jason Kovarik was directed April 13 to assemble a full inventory of roads and culverts, including coordinates and photographs, and to bring a prioritized recommendation to the board at the next meeting.
The board confirmed that the Old Farm Road driveway culvert is private and not the town’s responsibility. Staff were asked to verify ownership on the master spreadsheet and to update dates and statuses. Dean Dorman (via town coordination) was asked to provide cost estimates aligned with the current budget and to arrange a camera inspection for the long “blue house” culvert; the town will repair the identified town culvert (ID 0331) when weather permits.
Town Administrator Michelle Pong was assigned to ensure the master culvert list is current and to note ownership confirmations. The board also asked staff to identify routine spring maintenance tasks for local roads and culverts so work can be scheduled efficiently.
Next steps: Kovarik will present preliminary priorities at the next meeting; staff will supply cost estimates and camera-inspection results so the board can evaluate timing and budget impacts before finalizing work orders.
