Chair Mike Patrick and Commissioner Austin Kimberling expressed concern about approving payment for software that is not yet implemented and potentially not mandatory. The board asked Treasurer Massey to request a BS&A presentation to the board for more information and voted to table the down-payment request until those details are provided.
